SRP is a company rooted in Arizona History – they are actually older than the state of Arizona! Over the years, SRP has evolved to meet the needs of a growing and changing community, while remaining true to their original mission to provide low cost, dependable water and power Today, SRP provides power and water to more than 930,000 people living in the Salt River Valley of Central Arizona. Their current call center is located in Tempe, with 260 agents and a second call center in Pinal County, which will open early in 2009. SRP handles 3 million calls per year, 3 percent of which are in Spanish. SRP is proud of their team, who consistently answer 90 percent of all calls within 30 seconds.
